Minimal Event Requirements While we do not like setting conditional requirements for special events, our experience over the years, has resulted in minimal requirements. Some events do better than others. Occasionally we will provide the cash, equipment, manpower and security only to dispense a handful of transactions.
In order to qualify for Mobile ATMs we ask for a minimal of ten thousand guests and ten to fifteen vendors.
● Logistics And Event Preparation ● We position multiple ATMs throughout the complex depending upon the size of the crowd. We ask for maps of proposed ATM locations so that our promoters and event coordinators are in the loop and in agreement on the ATM locations. ● We use encrypted cellular devices so phone lines are not required. ● 110 Volts AC power is needed at each ATM location. ● A Mobile ATM agreement must be signed prior to the preparation work on an event. ● We staff all Mobile ATM events ensuring that your guests access to cash continues to flow.
