Began out of a desire to serve a truly authentic NY pizza at music festivals. It has evolved into a fully mobile Italian kitchen, capable of serving pizza and a variety of homestyle northern Italian cuisine to thousands of hungry festival goers; all at the highest standards of quality. Our recipe has been developed overs 12 years, culminating in a perfect combination of old-school NY fundamentals and west coast creativity and ingenuity. This operation is mobile food vending at its finest. Fun, funky, hip, efficient, clean, professional, friendly and conscious. We are available for all sizes of events and music festivals, east coast, west coast, and everywhere in-between. We are available in many sizes and configurations to accommodate any situation. Wherever we are, we make our own dough, hand toss the pizzas on site, bake them in real stone deck pizza ovens, and cut them into the largest slices youll ever see, and taste and savor.
